MENTORING WITH JENNA WARD – GODDESS COLUMN

Jenna Ward Goddess Column

LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO JENNA WARD, EMBODIMENT AND ENERGY MEDICINE MENTOR OF MINE.

I’ve always been extremely awkward with sensuality. I was raised in a conservative environment whereby religion, the adults in my life and the community I was surrounded in, deemed women who explore sensuality to be sluts, sinners and shameless.

In a nutshell, I was uncomfortable with being a woman. Actually, I didn’t felt like a woman myself because I don’t have big boobs, legs to die for or hips that don’t lie (yes that a Shakira song). So anything that I believe what a woman should be is what I see in fashion / gossip magazines.

These below are some my personal takes and experiences:

I was disconnected with my body and I had blocks that I couldn’t shift. I was numb with my life and in turn, with my own coaching business.

I have been a fan of Jenna since I first saw her in her online space as a kinesiologist but never worked with her. And I think, I may have not heard from her for a while until one day, a delicious email pop into my inbox taking about embodiment.

What the F was being an embodied woman all about? Since then, I really could not get enough of Jenna.

So much sense and a-ha moments I’ve had after understanding what it is to become all of ME. My dark, my shadow and my light. I am not this one-dimensional girl. I may appear kind, but I swear like a fucking sailor. I am CRAZY, WISE AND MY FLAWS ARE MY PERFECTIONS.

I am ugly but I am beautiful. And this is true for you too my lady friend.

NEVERTHELESS, WHEN I FIRST SAW HER EMAIL THAT SHE WAS OPENING UP SPACES FOR HER PRIVATE MENTORSHIP, I JUMPED AT THE OPPORTUNITY.

AND WHEN THE EMBODIED WOMAN [TEW] PROGRAM WAS OPEN FOR ME TO STRENGTHEN MY LEARNINGS WITH JENNA, I DIDN’T RESIST.

Embodiment is a way to open every cell of your being to pure soul aligned purpose. It’s a powerful practices aligning every decision we make reflect our deep worth. – Jenna Ward

♥ Jenna is generous person. She is always in her Facebook group to nurture us, holding sacred circles or doing FB Live Workshops.

♥ I’ve learned to ‘get to know’ my powers as a woman, that we are of darkness and light and my imperfections are my perfections.

♥ I have my bad days, and I have my worst. In the past instead of feeling through the darkness and pain, I reject it. Only to cause those bad days to linger on regularly.

♥ Listening to my body as an internal GPS to align myself to my own intuition.

♥ Tapping in my own pleasure or sensuality is not about being a slut, but something more magical and empowering. And I’m just guessing here, but women who’ve already had children may feel that this is foreign topic to dive into. {that was me}

♥ Jenna teaches more than the topic of sensuality, she taught me how to up-level my feeling of enoughness not just as a woman but as a woman in business.

♥ The process of dropping into my heart and my womb and not my head. And DAMN IT: the power you can tap into that give you more beliefs – and who doesn’t want that?

♥ My favorite bonuses from enrolling to TEW; Learn How to Muscle Test Workshop + The Embodied Entrepreneur Workshop

WITH THAT, I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT I AM A PROUD AFFILIATE OF TEW PROGRAM AND WOULD LOVE TO INVITE YOU TO DIVE INTO THE NEXT TIME THIS PROGRAM WILL BE RUNNING, PLEASE [CLICK HERE] AND JOIN US.
